Trainers will log your exercises into our app, providing you with video instruction access for one month. After your sessions, continue app access for $10 per month, a fee waived if you keep training with your trainer.

10 Sessions (Payment Plan Available)

This option includes a full assessment with body fat analysis, movement screening, and a personalized three-month program. Ideal for those wanting to go beyond the basics, you’ll learn proper mobility exercises, strength training techniques, and how to adjust rep counts and rest intervals to meet your goals. You’ll also receive a meal plan and three months of access to our training app. After three months, continue app access for $10 per month, a fee waived if you keep training with your trainer.

20 Sessions (Payment Plan Available)

For clients aiming to fully understand long-term training and workout programming, this option includes a full assessment with body fat analysis, movement screening, and a meal plan. Your trainer will teach you how to estimate calorie intake, track your food, and choose the right rep counts, sets, and rest times for your goals.
