These Terms of Use establish a legally binding agreement between you and Studio 16 Personal Training ("Studio 16," "we," "us," or "our") when you access, navigate, browse, or otherwise interact with https://studio16nyc.com or any other online platform, service, or communication that references or includes a link to these Terms (our "Services").
By accessing this site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, these terms of use, which form a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with these terms of use, please do not use the site.
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
Any information collected on the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, unless otherwise specified. YOUR ACCOUNT
If you are a registered user of any of the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Studio 16 reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to refuse or restrict access or service, terminate accounts, and remove or edit content.
PRICES AND PROMOTIONS

We may, from time to time, offer promotions or other discounts on product purchases. These Terms, along with your use of the Site and/or Services, are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A., for both substantive and procedural purposes. This applies without regard to any choice or conflict of law provisions or rules (whether from New York or any other jurisdiction) that would result in the application of laws from a different jurisdiction.

Studio 16 may revise these Terms of Use at any time without notice. Any use of the Site following the date on which changes to these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy are published on the Site shall constitute your acceptance of all such changes.
